Too often communities are transactional in focus: find a job. Build a thing. Sell said thing. And they miss the real challenge: continuous, engaged, authentic support. We bring together folks from around the world who are working across different sectors and are in different stages of their career to learn, brainstorm, and collaborate together.

We encourage and structure our community so members feel encouraged to share successes, challenges, and open up about our desires and limitations. Office Hours on relevant topics, live discussions, and an engaged Slack community complemented by a Circle resource board, help us find the right methods of sharing.
Rome wasn’t built in a day (probably, right?)
And apparently climate change won’t be solved in three weeks. Working to create change takes years. Sometimes it’s impossible to even measure.
While it’s not our responsibility to save the world, it’s our responsibility to try.
