Founded in 2017, The Impactful is a social impact ecosystem.
Theoretically this means we are a fluid, evolving, interconnected organization.
Practically this means we often change how we offer services and community, and what we offer, removing the corporate structure that often hinders our ability to rapidly solve problems.
Too often organization structures slow progress.
In today’s world, by the time an organization secures necessary funding, builds the appropriate team, and pretends to be interested in truly collaborating, the problem itself, the very thing set out to solve, has changed. Funding structures also can detract from the real problem and force entities to focus on absurd growth metrics.
With the simple premise of “how can we actually help organizations, businesses, and individuals?”, we stripped it down to its bare bones. Removing overhead, removing unnecessary costs (don’t get me wrong, I like Macbook Pros and Espresso too!) to simply, bring people together who are talented, eager to learn, and passionate about helping companies do even more good, important, problem solving work. You can build both income and impact.
